Digital Nature of Product
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly via internet download, all sales are final. Once you have purchased the product and received the download link, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds if:

You changed your mind after purchasing.

You purchased the product by mistake.

You do not have the required software (e.g., GoodNotes, Notability) or a compatible device.

You find the product "too difficult" to use (we provide support to help you get started).
Exceptions (Damaged Files)
If you receive a corrupted file or experience a technical error that prevents you from accessing the planner, please contact us at Coreplanner81@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. If we cannot resolve the issue or provide a working file, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
Chargebacks
By completing your purchase, you agree to contact CORE Planner support before initiating any chargeback dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any technical issues you may have.
